My tip“Visit the tower of the castle next door on foot before sunset. The restaurant serves Jaén dishes with local olive oil. The road is uphill, so you need a car.”
Built in castle style beside the Arab fortress of Santa Catalina on a hilltop above the city of Jaén, with huge domed halls and views over the sea of olives. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, most of them with a balcony.
