A nature reserve on the shore of the Burguillo reservoir, with pine forests, river beaches, a restaurant and water activities. A spot for a full day in nature, an hour and a half from Madrid.

By car via El Tiemblo, then a narrow road to Las Cruceras. Tables near the parking areas; good shade.
Barbecue
Conditional: allowed only at the fixed, designated grills outside the danger season (usually banned from about 1 July to 30 September and on alert days); check the signs.
