“Free entry from 10:00 to 22:00. Most beautiful in May when the roses are in bloom; combine it with a stroll through La Latina and La Morería.”

An 18th-century aristocratic garden hidden behind a wall on Plaza de la Paja, which was the main square of medieval Madrid before the Plaza Mayor was built, close to the Morería where Madrid’s Muslims lived. It is one of the few private gardens left in the old city in its original design.
