My tip“A children's playground in the middle of the square; the best times are spring and summer evenings. At nearby Iglesia station is the ghost station museum, for history lovers.”
A circular square in the Chamberí district. An iron market was built here in 1934, demolished in 1974, and then turned into a garden with a fountain surrounded by cafés. Here you see Madrid’s authentic everyday life: children playing, elderly people strolling and families on the terraces.
