Spain’s oldest school of Arabic studies: Codera, Ribera, Asín Palacios and García Gómez came out of Madrid’s Arabic chairs, and the journal “Anaquel de Estudios Árabes” is edited here. The faculty library holds Arabic collections, manuscripts and rare Orientalist publications.
