- Originally a mosque (confirmed)
My tip“It can be seen for free from the square within minutes; a few steps from the Jewish quarter and the Monumento a Al-Gafequi.”
A caliphal-era minaret (10th century), the only surviving one of Córdoba's neighbourhood mosque minarets still standing in view, with twin windows under horseshoe arches. It belonged to a neighbourhood mosque that was turned into a church after 1236 CE.
